GLA (Green Life Agriculture Sdn. Bhd.) was established in 2001 to initially trade in water soluble fertilizers and later to manufacture. Water soluble fertilizers are fertilizers that can be dissolved in water and are applied directly to the plant through hydroponic systems, drip irrigation and foliar application to increase nutrient use efficiency. Since these fertilisers are more expensive than common fertilisers, they are used mainly in high value crops such as vegetables, fruits and flowers.

In 2010, GLA (Green Life Agriculture Sdn. Bhd.) invested into manufacturing machinery of one type of water soluble fertiliser mono potassium phosphate. This facility is located in Pasir Gudang. From this plant, we have sold locally to Cameron Highlands and have since exported to Europe, USA, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Australia and New Zealand.
